Yvette is a life coach with a difference
With over 26 years of experience, Yvette has supported individuals to have more confidence to be the best version of themselves to achieve their goals.
In 2021, Yvette completed her Counselling and Life Coaching Degree with a GPA 6.
Yvette uses kinesiology to detect stress in the body, whether it be physical, mental, emotional or any combination of these (pre-COVID).
EFTand kinesiology techniques have been extremely productive when working with clients on Zoom especially since COVID.
Yvette is passionate about supporting her clients to utilise these techniques in their daily lives to help manage daily stressors and be happier.
June Daly Watkins Business College and many corporate clients, including Deloitte, AMP, Cliftons and Triple M have all experienced Yvette’s expertise in group/personal and professional Life Coaching settings.
Yvette is the co-author of Mindfulness Training for Beginners : How to Deal with Stress & Dealing with Anxiety (2017).

Yvette also holds a current Senior First Aid Workplace Level 2.
In 2018, Yvette completed DV-alert Awareness session from the Department of Social Services. It is a key initiative under the National Plan to Reduce Violence Against Women and their Children 2010-2022.
Black Dog Institute Depression Course
In 2019, Yvette studied SMART (Self Management and Recovery Training) and is qualified to facilitate group programs to assist in any problematic behaviours and/or addictions. Modalities used are a combination of cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing techniques.
