My Journey
As a child, I suffered from chilblains, whooping cough and glandular fever. By the time I was in my mid-twenties, I discovered I had a blood disorder and was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS).
Shortly after, I experienced another life crisis. I was hit by a car whilst crossing the road at a pedestrian crossing. My body was thrown onto the car’s bonnet before slamming back on to the road, after which the driver fled the scene.
I suffered 6 months of short-term memory loss and was unable to work for 5 years, depleting both my confidence and superannuation.
The combination of CFS, the emotional and physical pain caused by the accident, all contributed to my search for support.
I tried countless medicines and natural remedies before a friend recommended kinesiology.
After my first kinesiology consultation, I did feel a change.
Having previously studied engineering, I wanted to understand the mechanics of kinesiology and learn it was possible to access the subconscious that stores our Belief System and all emotions.
Within 6 months, kinesiology had helped me recover emotionally from the trauma of the car accident and CFS. By using kinesiology to access my subconscious, I felt more confident, energetic and empowered.
Having experienced the benefits of kinesiology first-hand, I am passionate in sharing my knowledge and supporting others to have more confidence to achieve their goals.
