Prior to booking, paying for and/or engaging in any of our services, we require that you acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age and have read and agree to the terms and conditions of our disclaimer, which is available on our web site:

Before making any payments please parents/guardians complete the contact form

If you are purchasing and/or making a booking on behalf of another person (including gift certificates), we highly recommend reviewing the disclaimer with the person(s) who will be engaging our services. Due to legal requirements, failure to accept the terms and conditions of our disclaimer may result in your booking being forfeited.

It is the client’s responsibility to submit their client form with their complete signature. It is the law for practitioners to have this documentation on record prior to any consultation. This also applies to the Guardian Consultation Form.

Duty Of Care

It is the client’s responsibility to provide, their address and emergency contact details for safety reasons prior to their session for Psychic Readings and/or Life Coaching Sessions. These details are kept confidential.

Conflict of Interest

Professional ethics, confidentiality and values are the core essence of this practice. If a client has a Psychic Reading (for entertainment purposes only) and their family member/friend/work/business colleague is discussed, and then that person ( who I now know on some level) books a Psychic Reading, a refund will be issued as there is a “Conflict of Interest”.

Payment

Full payment is required within 24 hours in order to secure your preferred booking date and time.

We accept payment via the website only which links to PayPal Option.

Rescheduling an appointment

Appointments may be rescheduled given at least 48 hours' notice.

To reschedule an appointment, please call Yvette directly on +61 403 838 889 and quote the date and time of the original appointment you wish to reschedule.

Expiration Period

It is the client’s responsibility to contact A Natural Change to arrange a time for their session or reading via Zoom ONLY. Failure to do so within the 6 months timeframe will result in forfeiting the investment. All sessions and readings in person or over the phone expire 6 months from the payment date. This includes gift certificates too.

Refund policy

A Natural Change has a strict no refunds policy, including for missed appointments or workshops. Please choose carefully when purchasing and/or booking a workshop or an appointment.

International Callers

As an international caller, I take full responsibility to be mindful of my time zone difference and adjust my calendar if need be in order to be in synchronicity with the Sydney Australia time zone (AEST).

It is my responsibility to check the email address that I provided in my initial contact to find my Zoom Link that A Natural Change will email 15 minutes prior to my reading and session. Moreover, it is my responsibility to provide my address at the time of my session/reading along with my emergency contact details.

Alcohol and recreational drugs

We strongly recommend refraining from consuming alcohol or taking recreational drugs for at least 5 days prior to an appointment.

Excessive intake will affect your energy and thus the quality of the session.
